rmtReqLABELparAns - remote - request a LABELDISK record and wait for
an answer
rmtReqLABELparAns passes a request to dbman asking
for a copy of a LABELDISK record. It waits for an answer.
The request is
passed in remote mode.
This function is part of librmt.

The file descriptor for the connection to dbman.
label string
pointer to the LABELDISK to return the answer in.
Defines
the amount of messages to print. This value is passed on to SendRec. A value
of 0 produces no messages. See the SendRec manpage for full details on available
values.
Defines the amount of messages to print. This value
is passed on to RecvRec. A value of 0 produces no messages. See the RecvRec
manpage for full details on available values.
ERRok is returned
if the transaction is successful.
The error code from the transaction is returned if there is a communications
error.
