ChangeUnits - issue commands to change DESC.Units

Synopsis

ChangeUnits <dbman_host>

Description

This program reads a file containing Label-RefName pairs and values for the DESC.Units field. A request is formated and sent to dbman for each command in the file.

Arguments

dbman_host

The host where dbman is running.
