Support program which actually performs flattop
computations.
- --grp <grp>
Which group to process.
- --data_dir <dir>
Pathname to a directory holding the flattop information.
- --plot_mode <mode>
Mode for generating plot files.
- --show_options
- --show_tbl
- --ft_diag_setup
- --ft_diag_calc1
- --ft_diag_sel
- --ft_diag_calc2
- --ft_diag_all
- --dm_diag

Starting the program with this option causes it to print an online help
message to stderr and exit.
