lclReqParAns2 - local - request a parameter value and wait for an answer
lclReqParAns2 requests the current value of a parameter from
dbman. It waits for an answer.
The request is passed in local mode.
This function
is part of librmt.

The file descriptor for the connection to dbman.

to LABEL associated with datapoint.

Defines the amount of messages to
print. This value is passed on to SendRec. A value of 0 produces no messages.

ERRok is returned if the transaction is successful.
ERRbadp is returned for bad pointers.
The error code from the transaction is returned if there is a communications
error.
The difference between this function and
lclReqParAns(3rmt)
is that there is another argument for Vprev.
